Mechatronic coupling dynamic model of NC machine tool is a non-linear and tight-coupling complex system. Based on theoretical model of PMSM, the vertical feed system of the complex NC machine tool from gear milling and hobbing was taken as the research object to establish mechatronic coupling dynamic model in ADAMS and MATLAB. After adjusting PID parameters of three loops, the servo drive system become stabile, exact and rapid, on the basis of which the dynamical characteristics influenced by control system, mechanical system and cutting loads were analyzed. It offers theoretical bases for matching mechatronic parameters of NC machine tool.
