In the part I of this paper, a prototype of the single-phase power management device was developed for the main control unit of the intelligent switchgear. The proposed device showed the good performance in the real load test. Accordingly here, a prototype of the arc fault diagnosis device is developed, witch is the second element of the main control unit of the intelligent switchgear. It determines whether a arc fault was occurred based on the discrete Fourier transformation and ANN (Artificial Neural Net). And if the arc fault was occurred, it helps to identify the cause of the electrical fire by transmitting whether the fact of the arc fault to the remote server system based on the cooperation function with the developed single-phase power management device.
