Compressor cylinder variable of type a sloping cam with a capacity control mechanism

The invention relates to a variable displacement compressor of the inclined cam type compressor with a capacite.Ce control mechanism comprises a housing enclosing a crank chamber (4), a suction chamber (7) and a discharge chamber ( 8). The housing includes a cylinder block (3) wherein there are formed cylinder bores (1). The pistons are slidably mounted within the cylinder bore (1). A valve member (25) is disposed in a first passage (24), which communicates the discharge side of each cylinder bore and the crank chamber (4). This valve member is controlled by the suction pressure of the cylinder bore. A second passage (32) communicating the crank chamber (4) and the suction side of the cylinder bore through an orifice to allow release of pressure.
