저녹스버너 보급사업에 따른 오염물질 저감효과 분석 및 발전방안

The NOx reduction was estimated as 11,123 ton and LNG saving was 168,773,213 N㎥ as a result of 7,740 low-NOx burners replaced from 2006 to 2012(low-NOx burner program). The benefit-cost ratio estimate of low-NOx burner programis 2.3:1when the total cost is 158.6 billion won and the total benefit to 768.3 billion won. Low-NOx burner program was evaluated as economical policy compared to other air pollutants reduction programs such as supporting of a low-emission disel car and CNG bus. In order to develop the low-NOx burner programfurther, the following repects shoud be re-examined: ① Strengthening the certification standards for low-NOx burner ② Changing the priority for subsidies ③ Differential rates of subsidy accroding to NOx reduction rate ④ Develping a national low-NOx emission factor and reflection to national air pollutants emission statistics ⑤ Providing subsidies for small capacityNOx burner(0.3 ton/hr and fewer)
