대학태권도지도자의 감성적 리더십과 지도자 신뢰 및 팀 성과의 관계

This study was designed to find the relationship between University Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership, trust in coach and team performance. To test this, 262 University Taekwondo players who are registered in Korea Taekwondo Association were sampled. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure modeling using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, University Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership had significant effect on trust in coach. Second, University Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership had significant effect on team performance. Third, University Taekwondo players’ trust in coach had significant effect on team performance.
