Access control card based management system and method

The present invention discloses an access control card based management system and an access control card based management method. The system comprises an access control card, an access control system, a cloud server and a local server, wherein the access control card is used for running a program code matched with the access control system to realize that control information sent by the access control card can be identified by the access control system; and identity information of the access control system and a program code corresponding to the identity information are prestored in the cloud server, and the local server is used for updating the program code searched by the cloud server into a specified access control card. The implementation of the system and the method has the beneficial effects that the program code is not required to preset in the access control card, thereby facilitating the use and the popularization of the access control card; and a manager only needs simple operation to replace an original access control card with a new access control card so as to realize the rights of the original access control card.
