Simulation of Multi-Body Dynamics of V8 Crankshaft System

A multi flexible body system dynamics simulation model of crank system was established based on LMS Virtual.lab.As the boundary conditions for researching hydrodynamic lubrication of the main bearing,the dynamic loads of the crankshaft system in a cycle was obtained by making a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation.And dangerous parts of crank load were gotten by distributions of the stress during the simulation.The results may be valuable for dynamic optimal design of crank.
