Multiplier-free Phase Recovery for Optical Coherent Receivers

We demonstrate a multiplier-free pre-decision phase recovery for optical coherent receivers. The complexity is much lower than previous mth power phase recovery, while simulation and experiment show that the performance is virtually same.
