It is difficult to obtain the parameter under the influence of stiffness including the modification of cross section. The intention of this paper is to determine the relation of stiffness parameter with respect modification of cross section. Effectively TAGUCHI method is used to acquire the major parameter affecting the stiffness among several parameters and it validates that the primary factor to increase the stiffness characteristics is the modification of cross section. This paper provides the relation between height and width of the cross section which has the maximum stiffness and, it is shown that a convenient way for weight down by means of decreasing the panel thickness is to modify the dimension of the cross section.
