A vibration ring device is developed for the purpose of supporting deaf or hard of hearing students to learn how to use drawing software like an Adobe Illustrator. The device consists of solenoid coils and a controller board based on Arduino. It transmits teacher’s mouse click operation to the student’s fingers as a vibration. Owing to this device, the student can understand which button was clicked and the operation was a click or a double click or a drag intuitively. Estimation questionnaire was conducted to thirteen deaf or hard of hearing students and twelve of them answered the device was effective to understand teacher’s operation and practical for the lecture class.
