Property of sports teaching materials and choice of sports teaching contents

The materials and the contents of sports teaching are both related and different. Through the choice of contents,according to certain logical relationship,the sports teaching materials come into being. But the contents of teaching materials are concret,the process of which is called "materialization". After the materialization,the contents have become specific items,knowledge and methods of sports sanitation and fitness. Actually the choice of teaching material is the choice of teaching contents,and the choice has to be in accordance with the choice of teaching contents.
