Preferencias difusas en un sistema experto de ayuda a la decisión

The result of the integration of expert systems and decision support systems are the Expert Decision Support Systems (EDSS). A Decision Support System is a computer-based system designed to assist in complex problems of decision making. The Expert Systems are systems that employs human knowledge captured in a computer to perform tasks that ordinarily require human expertise. The main characteristic of the Expert Decision Support Systems is the use of expert knowledge to get conclusions on the comparisons of alternatives in the decision process. The preference relational systems are preference models based on binary relations on the alternatives that arise from paired comparisons. An expert shows the preferences by fuzzy linguistic terms and the corresponding model is the linguistic assessed fuzzy preference relational system. In this work the main aspects of the integration between expert systems and decision support systems and the use of these preference models to manage the preferences of experts in these systems are analyzed.
