Power selection for maximizing SINR in femtocells for specified SINR in macrocell

For wireless femtocells situated within a macrocell with a given transmitter power, we solve the problem of determining the femtocell transmitter power levels that maximize the SINR achieved in the femtocells, subject to a constraint on the minimum SINR realized in the macrocell.
