User Allocation for Tri-band Cognitive cellular networks

In this paper we study the challenge of user allocation in a Tri-band Cognitive Radio cellular networks. That is, given the significant differences in the propagation properties and the transmit power limitations between the cellular bands and the TV white space, how to allocate users to three frequency bands for improving cellular network performance? Simulation results are provided that verify the theoretical results.
