Version 2 - Available aggregation schemes

This file contains the mapping files (file showing the goods and regions aggregation scheme) of all the Version 2 aggregations, i.e. it includes the files MAP2-xx.MAP (for xx = 01,...,07, 09, 11) and TEM2-xx.TXT (for xx = 08, 10, 12 and up)
