The Framework and Supporting Technologies of Virtual Organizations

This paper first introduces the background and meaning of virtual organizations． Then the authors extend such concept from the manufacture industry to other trades, and propose a description framework from three aspects of market, resource configuration and organizational knowledge． Finally, management theories and key supporting technologies were analyzed．
