The definitions of Virtual Reality are wide and varied, though all imply the same meaning, that of “The illusion of participation in a synthetic environment rather than external observation of such an environment...” [8]. Current technology is far from perfect in creating such an illusion though the present day systems offer a level of interaction and feeling of immersion in such a world that is sufficient for a wide range of applications.
