A Survey on Learning Profiles of the Educators of Roma in Greece in Order to Develop the Proper E-Learning Environment for Their Training

With the use of new technologies in education, the barriers of time and place can be overcome and the cost can be reduced. The e-training of educators is an interesting and challenging field where personalized learning environments are offered to different groups of educators according to their particularities. This paper is dealing with educators of Roma (Gypsies) in Greece and provides an outline of their learning profile, allowing the appropriate e-Learning tools to be used in developing the most effective e-Learning environment for their training.
