A method of manufacturing a vehicle door integrated with a weather strip is provided to enhance the impact strength of the door by molding an inner panel of the door with a mixture containing 60 to 70% of polypropylene and 30 to 40% of long glass fiber, and to prevent water leakage and dampen the noise by fitting an engaging protrusion of a weather strip into an opening port of a mold for extruding the inner panel. A method of manufacturing a vehicle door integrated with a weather strip comprises the steps of: producing a molten mixture containing 60 to 70% of polypropylene and 30 to 40% of long glass fiber at a temperature between 180 to 230°C for molding an inner panel of a vehicle door; injecting the molten mixture through a gate into an extruder having a mold for molding the inner panel; fitting an engaging protrusion(121) of a weather strip(120) into an opening port of the mold which one side of buffering members(140) composed of thermoplastic elastomer for holding the outer periphery of a glass(130) is fixed to and moulded integrally with; and cooling the mold where the end of the weather strip is molded with a door or 20 to 40 seconds by running the cooling water through a cooling device disposed on the outer side of the mold.
