디스크 면내진동 모드에 기인되는 스퀼 소음 예측 기법에 대한 연구

This study deals with complex eigenvalue analysis with commercial software program ABAQUS to resolve the squeal noise related to disc in-plane mode which is reported to occur frequently in the squeal noise frequency band 6~9kHz. To reduce squeal noise related to disc in-plane mode, complex eigenvalue analysis was conducted for several vehicles and the applied results were classified to find out the overall tendency. Additionally, squeal prediction index was made based on the analysis result that has a coupling relationship between disc in-plane circumferential mode and in-plane modes of the pad and the disc in the vicinity of the frequency to avoid squeal noise in the early design stage.
