Service network access platform and method

The embodiment of the invention discloses service network access platform and method, wherein the service network access platform comprises an interface encapsulating layer, a management function entity, a service logic execution environment and a protocol adaption function entity, wherein the interface encapsulating layer is used for encapsulating the service capabilities of a broadcasting television network, an interconnection network and a telecommunication network and interacts with a CP/SP (Content Provider/Service Provider); the management function entity is used for connecting with the interface encapsulating layer and carrying out service management according to a service request sent by the CP/SP; the service logic execution environment is used for converting the service capabilities of the broadcasting television network, the interconnection network and the telecommunication network and jointly releasing the converted service capabilities; and the protocol adaption function entity is used for converting an interface and a protocol and converting interface parameters and interface semantics. The embodiment of the invention can expose the internal complex capability of the broadcasting television network to a value added service developer through a simple, convenient and standard interface, thereby enabling the broadcasting television network to play greater roles in the convergence of three networks.
