Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in Complex Equipment Maintainability Prediction

It is expected to need a lot of historical data and test data samples in the existing methods of maintainability prediction for the large and complex equipment. A unit-contrastive prediction method based on analytic hierarchy process( AHP) was used to obtain the quantitative maintenance data of equipment by selecting the appropriate reference unit and establishing an accurate judgment matrix,with the advantages of both AHP and unit correlation method. It can help the maintainability design and experiment plan for the complex equipment.
