Statistical Ranking of Stochastic Geomodels Using Streamline Simulation: A Field Application

Streamline-based flow simulations are used to rank large-scale geologic realizations. However, ranking procedures and analyses are not straightforward. A process was developed to rank various geologic realizations dynamically by use of uniform well patterns. A map-based presentation of the ranking simulations provides valuable understanding of the effect of the geologic model on recovery uncertainty.
