DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PRIORITY ANALYSIS PROCEDURE FOR RANKING TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The purpose of this study was to test and calibrate a priority analysis procedure that was previously developed for the evaluation and ranking to transportation improvement projects. It is the second of a two phase study. In the first phase the conceptual and procedural model was developed. This second phase refined the model through testing, calibrating, and adjusting certain model parameters for the actual implementation. The study produced an implementable priority analysis procedure and accompanying computer program which ranks projects in priority order. /Author/
