Design of Civil Air Defense Engineering Information System based on Digital Geo-Underground Space and Project

To improve managing quality, benefit, information in the aspect of civil air defense engineering, the utilization of civil air defense engineering information system(CDEIS) which is based on Geo-digital Underground Space and Project(Geo- digital) was presented with technology of computer, graphics, database, numerical analysis, intelligence, graphics-user interface, data exchanging, network communication . The target is to estab- lish a high integrative, exoteric, incorporative and three dimen- sional CDEIS. In the paper, the system collectivity designing, tech-nical structure, obtaining and disposing the informational data, system function are mainly discussed and an example is demon- strated for its application. CDEIS will support spatial analysis such as structure capacity, buffer area and the best route evaluation; furthermore it will not only have an active effect for improving management, efficiency, implementation of civil air defense engi-neering and sustainable development of underground space, but also have a great social and economic benefit.
