A rehabilitation machine compensating for weight of legs

Provided is a rehabilitation machine for supporting weight of legs by using an air-hydraulic cylinder, thereby enabling a patient to easily exercise by adjusting exercise strength through an exercise strength adjusting member. The rehabilitation machine includes a seat frame(10) having a chair shape, a leg holding member consisting of a thigh fixing frame(22) horizontally engaged to the seat frame for fixing a patient's thigh and calf fixing frame(24) pivotally engaged to the thigh fixing frame, a potentiometer(30) installed on a coupling portion formed between the thigh fixing frame and the calf fixing frame, an air-hydraulic cylinder(40) fixed to the seat frame, pressure sensors(50a,50b) detecting pressure which applies to the air-hydraulic cylinder, valves(60a,60b) contracting and expanding a path of the air-hydraulic cylinder, and a controller(80) controlling contraction and expansion of the air-hydraulic cylinder.
