Relative Orbit Element Estimation for Satellite Navigation

In this paper a preliminary study on the estimation of Relative Orbit Elements from measured data is described. Range, azimuth and elevation measurements are processed to yield estimates of the Relative Orbit Elements that describe the shape of the relative orbit trajectories.
