This paper describes the technology developed in a recent research project for the teleoperation of wheeled ROV’s from a multisensory driving interface. This driving interface is mounted on a motion base to generate the whole body motion sensation. To reach such objective, it uses the same motion sensation generation algorithms developed for driving simulators.
