Selectable wireless power transfer system using heterodyne detection

Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has been attracted increasing interest with the developments in electronic vehicle and ubiquitous society. Among WPT technologies, research on power transfer to plural receivers is one of the most emerging topic. However, those single input multi output wireless power transfer (SIMO-WPT) system still does not consider selective transmission to certain designated receiver among plural receivers. In the conventional method, when destination of power is determined, there are ways to change the size of receiver's resonance coil and certification the ID by software. This research proposes wireless power transfer systems which provides selectable destination of power by the heterodyne method.
