Investigation on modeling method of powertrain mounting system of central driven electric vehicle

Take a certain central-driven pure electric vehicle as object,necessary modeling parameters are tested,and five kinds of mounting system considering different factors are simulated.Five models are six degrees of freedom(DOF)rigid model,considering the sub-frame model,considering the stand flexible model,considering the axles to be torsion spring model and considering the axles flexible model.Characteristics of the mounting system are obtained through modal vibration experiment.Modal simulation and modal test results are compared and 14 DOF vibration model which is more suitable for reflecting the modal characteristics of the researching vehicle is proposed.
