Design on Conveying and Distributing Coal Process Control System

In this paper,the system stability was enhanced by building up ring Ethernet,hot-spare redanduncy main controllers and double cable double network ControlNet which belongs to control level in AB PLC structure system.It adopted AB Control Logix5000 1756 series production to realize the logic control for conveying and ditributing coal process.It is high available to supervise and monitor the electric indicators to get the system state on conveying and distributing coal process control system by iFix SCADA software.
