ANÁLISE DOS AMBIENTES PARA INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO SEGUNDO ESPECIALISTAS

The objects of study of this present research were: the technological environment for integration between information system (IIS) and the environment for business process management (BPM). The first provides the necessary flexibility for the connections between softwares, generating fluency of facts demanded by the modern collaborative management practices, and the second discerning and dissociating of the transactional systems that perform the work, from the logical used to process management. The objective of this research was to analyze the technological maturity of the infrastructure and the competences necessaries for the development of these two environments in the organizations. For that, it was developed an exploratory research, utilizing the Delphi approach for obtaining of consensus between nine specialists, being five researchers and four practitioners. The main knowledge resulted by the research were: a) the availability of an efficient IIS should precede implementation of the BPM; and b) the implementation of the IIS presents minor risk, considering itself has more technological maturity than BPM.
