The Design and Realization of a Real-Time and Dynamic Inquiry System of the Buildings in 3D Digital Cities

The establishment of the real-time and dynamic inquiry system of three-dimensional buildings is the crucial part of the infrastructure construction for the 3D-digital-city system's spatial information.Based on C# and Skyline-the secondary development tool,and with Jilin city as an example,the authors of this article have developed a real-time and dynamic inquiry system to inquire the information of large-scale city buildings.The system not only realizes the functions of 3D information browsing,editing,amending,statistic analysis,displaying and inquiring,but also provides accurate 3D view data.
