A Reconfigurable Multi-mode Filter Based on Switched-capacitor Technology

A multi-mode filter based on switched-capacitor technology is presented.It is composed of analog signal processing block,digital control block and voltage/current reference,which can be configured to bypass mode,low-pass filter,band-pass filter(Q=2 or Q=4) and auto-adaptive filter.It was implemented in SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS technology and the power consumption was approximately 1.4 mW with 3.3 V power supply.It was fully tested and the results indicated that it performed as desired.
