Robust control of an associated PMSG-Matrix converter wind plant

In this paper, an associated PMSG – matrix converter grid connected system is studied, a finite adjustment time control approach, combined with SVM technique, is used to extract the maximum available wind power and covert this power to an electrical energy. The designed controllers have to insure robustness and good static and dynamic performances of the plant. Finally, a special attention is given to the quality of the power generated and injected to the grid.
