The invention discloses a hydraulic jack self-calibrating system and self-calibrating method. The method comprises the steps of: firstly, connecting a jack with an oil pump, acquiring the tensile force of the jack by using a force sensor, acquiring the hydraulic pressure of the oil pump by using a hydraulic sensor, transmitting the acquired pressure data and the acquired hydraulic pressure data to an industrial personal computer provided with a calibrating function module through a data acquisition card in real time, carrying out linear regression on the force data and the hydraulic pressure data on the same time point by the calibrating functional module of the industrial personal computer, and outputting a unitary linear regression model with regard to the force data and the hydraulic pressure data so as to complete the automatic calibration of the hydraulic jack. Compared with the traditional calibrating mode, the invention has the characteristics of small size, light weight and high accuracy, and the calibrating process is competed automatically without manual operation. The system of the invention is convenient to carry and is particularly suitable for the field work far way from an urban area.
