커넥팅 로드 핀 부시의 표면 거칠기를 고려한 유막 거동에 관한 수치적 연구

Connecting rod is connected to piston and crank shaft, and it transfers reciprocating motion of the piston to revolutionary motion of crank shaft. Small end of connecting rod usually have very severe and harsh lubrication condition due to tremendous pressure during ignition cycle. In this paper, oil film behavior due to asperity of piston pin and bush has been observed. Result shows that many troubles has been occurred as the asperity is increased. Thus, solutions for these troubles should be made.
