A systematic message updating method and its implementation device

The invention discloses a method for updating system messages, more particularly, the method is that when the system messages change, a base station determines a special mark which indicates the change of the system messages; the determined special mark is sent on a downlink shared physical control channel and the system message information is sent on a paging channel; a user equipment obtains the system message information from the paging channel according to the demodulated special mark. The invention also discloses the user equipment and the base station at the same time and by adopting the method and the equipment of the invention, the waste of resources and the time of transferring and updating the system messages are reduced.
