Hydrogen-cooled generator hydrogen quality cloud monitoring system based on ARM

In order to improve the safety of the operation of the hydrogen-cooled generator and ensure the stable operation parameters of the hydrogen as the cooling medium, this paper presents a low-cost and high-performance hydrogen quality monitoring system for the hydrogen-cooled generator with ARM microprocessor as the core. The system consists of a data terminal system and a cloud monitoring platform system. The distributed terminal uses ARM as the main controller to monitor the main parameters of hydrogen, including hydrogen purity, temperature, humidity and so on. The field sensor converts the signal into ARM and then transfers it through the 4G wireless communication network to the online real-time monitoring platform system running in private cloud mode. The monitoring platform system can manage and analyze the data, and the system can communicate with the DCS system of the power plant, and obtain the hydrogen quality safety evaluation result through the safety evaluation model. The system realizes the remote monitoring and data analysis of the hydrogen-cooled generator, improves the quality of hydrogen quality control, and reduces the cost of generator maintenance and technological innovation. The system has high reliability and strong expansibility, which can meet the monitoring requirements of hydrogen gas generator hydrogen quality, which provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of power plant.
