The embodiment of the invention discloses a human-machine interactive method. The human-machine interactive method is characterized by comprising the steps: acquiring the positions and/or moving tracks of a plurality of auxiliary light sources in a camera shooting area through a camera; acquiring a corresponding operational order according to a combined hand posture composed of the acquired positions and/or moving tracks of the auxiliary light sources in the camera shooting area; actuating the acquired operation order. The embodiment of the invention further discloses a human-machine interactive terminal and system. By means of the human-machine interactive method, terminal and system, the interference resistant capacity of hand gesture input can be improved, so that the accuracy rate of operation and control is improved.
