On the General Solution to Systems of Mixed-Integer Linear Equations.

This paper presents a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of solutions to a system of mixed linear equations. This condition is expressed in terms of generalized inverses and one obtains the general form for all solutions when the system is consistent.
