The invention provides a device, a system and a method for signal transmission, and aims to add receiving antennas under the premise that the number of channels in a cell remains unchanged, so as to improve the signal transmission performance of the cell. The device comprises a plurality of antenna array elements and a plurality of remote radio units, wherein each antenna array element comprises a plurality of antennas; each remote radio unit comprises a plurality of channels; one channel in at least one of the remote radio units is connected with all antennas in two or more antenna array elements.
