Zintegrowany system wspomagania diagnostyki mammograficznej

The concept of integrated reading workstation for screening and diagnosis of digital mammography was presented. Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) tools were interfaced to comprehensive image viewer, optimized according to ontology-based knowledge with user-friendly interface for examination protocol objectivity. Moreover, tele-information system IShark was designed for content-based image indexing and retrieval. Formal description with protocol interface and IShark indexing efficiency were characterized in details.
