Some issues on a layered heterogeneous mobile clouds access architecture

Focusing on the bottleneck of wireless broadband access mobile communication network and the contradiction between the increasing application demands and limited wireless resources,a novel layered heterogeneous mobile cloud access architecture is proposed. The core idea of the proposed architecture is vertically layering the access network in the heterogeneous network and horizontally constructing the mobile cloud in the homogeneous network. Some research issues are presented, such as access control theory and adaptive cooperative communication mechanism among dynamic intra(inter)-clouds combining with the enhanced multi-antenna,interference coordination and avoidance mechanism and the dynamic access mechanism for universal traffic requirements. The layered heterogeneous mobile cloud access network architecture should break through the capability bottleneck of traditional access network, and realize the flexible and reliable wireless heterogeneous network access. The proposed architecture provides reliable theoretical basis and foundation for the research and design for the future network information transmission architecture.
