Calculation and Analysis of Tension Pulley's Dynamic Characteristic

The tension pulley is an important component of belt conveyer,its dynamic characteristic would immediate impact the normal running of machine.The finite element model of the tension pulley is set up in ANSYS software,model analysis of it is done at condition of 6 loads,then the top 20 complex modes are calculated,the compell chart and axis path chart of the tension pulley are drawed,and the critical speed from 0~300 r/min of it is determined.In results,some important references about improving drive system's dynamic characteristic are offered to belt conveyer.
