Reform and Practice of Bilingual Teaching in Major Course of Information Specialty

It is an inevitable tendency to develop bilingual teaching of major courses for many colleges.At present,there are some ubiquitous problems in bilingual teaching in higher education.We must solve them with effective measures.Combined with the characteristic of our university information specialty and the students'situation,the paper summarized some practice experience and research achievement we have made at the research of bilingual teaching in recent years.Some tentative scheme on how to improve the students' science and technology English integrated ability and teachers' teaching level have been proved.And we have put forward some preliminary plan on how to create rational bilingual teaching quality estimation and examination system etc.Finally we discuss the further work.
