Device for checking interference force between gear and shaft and detaching

The utility model relates to a device for checking an interference force between gear and shaft and detaching, which comprises the following components: a front beam, a back beam and two upright columns. A mould which is used for placing shaft is provided between the front beam and the back beam so that only the axial displacement of the shaft can be performed. The mould comprises a fixed mould and a rotary mould hinged above the fixed mould. A gear support which is used for supporting the gear that is matched on the shaft through interference fit is provided behind the mould. The front end of the fixed mould is fixed to the back end of the front beam. The inside of the back beam is provided with a pressure bar which is driven by a main pushing oil cylinder for axially pressurizing the back end face of the shaft for performing interference force detection or detachment to the gear provided on the shaft. When the interference force is checked, the gear is hoisted to the gear support and the shaft segment at the front side of the gear is fixed in the fixed mould. The rotary mould and the fixed mould are closed and locked. The main pushing oil cylinder is started so that the pressure bar pressurizes the back end face of the shaft. Furthermore the pressure is set according to requirement. If no relative displacement between the gear and the shaft exists in pressurizing, the product quality satisfies the index requirement. In detachment, the gear and the shaft can be separated through introducing super-high pressure oil between the gear and the shaft for reducing the interference force therebetween, and exerting an axial thrust force.
