Development of Software for the Center Adjustment of Rigid Type Bearing Suspending Unit

This paper introduces the basic concept of designing the software for center adjustment of suspending unit with three guide bearings. The software can immediately give out optimal method of center adjustment, direction and values when accepting the values of labyrinth clearance and lower guide bearing center and eliminating the abnormal data. Satisfactory results were achieved in practical application.
