The present invention relates to an image processing system for three-dimensional modeling data of underground facilities, which enables accurate three-dimensional modeling for facilities such as underground facilities hard to be visually identified, minimizes referred data in generating a data array on the basis of two-dimensional planar data, depth data, and property data that are received from a facility information database, modeling a specific object on the basis of the generated data array, and implementing a three-dimensional modeling system, and thus, improves the processing speed and reduces the memory usage. In addition, when the actual position of the underground facilities is different from the facility information database, the information is corrected, thereby enabling the actual underground facilities to be modeled.
