CORBA is widely used solution for distributed object application. Currently, most of these object implementations facilitate a group object model to organize the object services. In addition to the complexity of object grouping, researchers also consider quality of service (QoS) such as implementing load balancing to the system. The contributions of this research are the proposed framework for home healthcare service group and the dynamic load balancing. The propose load balancing determines the arrival rate of client’s request to execute the forwarding of request to a new object. It consists of procedures like intercepting the request and executing on-demand activation of objects. The simulation shows an improvement of mean service time of the system compared to other load balancing scheme.
